The projects are in issue for which the company Centaroprema RE&ZIN, in co-operation with the previously mentioned partners, successfully tendered under IPA Component IV "Establishing Support in Social Integration and Employment of Disadvantaged and Marginalised Groups".

The value of the projects amounts to about EUR 225,000, out of which the amount of EUR 190,000 (about HRK 1.4 million) has been provided from EU grants, while the Primorje - Gorski Kotar County and the City of Rijeka provide the remaining amount.

The project is aimed at providing disabled persons and people with other kinds of difficulties easier approach to the labour market by establishing system measures and targeted institutional infrastructure.

The partners included in the project "People with disabilities and the support system model for improving their labour market approach " are the Primorje - Gorski Kotar County and the City of Rijeka and the targeted group involves people with disabilities from the area of Rijeka and the PGK County, of both genders, who are unemployed for an excess of one year and who are beneficiaries of permanent aid provided by the Social Welfare Centre Rijeka.

The aim of the project "The functioning model of a regional rehabilitation centre" is to increase employability of people with disabilities at regional level by setting up a model in which a regional professional rehabilitation centre would function and having in place the conditions for its formal establishment, while the targeted beneficiaries are persons unemployed for a long period and inactive persons with disabilities. The partners involved on the project are the Primorje - Gorski Kotar County and the City of Rijeka, the Croatian Employment Service – regional office Rijeka, the Regional Development Agency "Porin" and the Society of the Physically Disabled of the City of Rijeka.
