The content of www.rijeka.hr is optimised for the display in Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 5.5 and higher, and more recent browsers such as Firefox Version 1.5 and higher, and Opera Version 8 and higher, in the screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels.
You need Adobe Acrobat Reader, a free reader of PDF documents for saving documents, publications and forms. Its latest version includes also Croatian language, and is available free of charge on the Adobe-support web site.
Note: depending on the security settings of your computer, you may receive one or more warnings before activating a file. The warnings are there for your security – so check if they mention the correct editing software (Adobe) and its correct version, and then allow the installation of the programme clicking on “Yes”.
City administration forms
Wishing to facilitate your communication with the city administration bodies, we offer you a number of ways of having access to forms.
Online – forms
Online – forms (at the moment only these) that can be filled in directly on your computer and together with the filled in data submitted to the e-mail address of the responsible department.
PDF-Forms
Most of the forms have been converted into independent electronic form PDF
When downloading forms or documents follow the instructions:
Active forms
If you have the Adobe Reader installed, click on the form you wish to download.
PDF documents are “interactive”, which means that they can be filled in directly on your computer.
You can access some fields by clicking on the mouse or the keyboard.
Most of the forms have to be brought personally to the responsible departments as the presence of the applicant submitting the form is required.
You can print each form using the print knob in the Adobe Reader.
Do not forget that data filled into the forms cannot be saved by the Adobe Reader.
If you wish to save your copy of the form, you will need a full version of the Adobe Acrobat Professional, which you can purchase in any shop with computer equipment.
