The subject matter of the invitation for the expression of interest relates to the following:

A – commercial centre of the surface of 7,042 sq. m
B – business premises of the surface of 5,117 sq. m
C – multi-purpose hall of the surface of 2,652 sq. m

as components of the complex „Zapadna Žabica“ consisting of a public garage with a capacity of 960 parking places and a bus terminal of the surface of 8,000 sq. m. with 18 platforms.
In the next realisation phase a procedure will be implemented whereby creating the building right in favour of the partner that will be chosen under a bidding process, and in accordance with single purpose shares in total GBA (gross building area).

The application for the expression of interest shall be submitted in a form constituting an integral part of Documentation, and it is possible to apply for one or several possible combinations of the offered purposes.

Application documentation is available at the City of Rijeka, City Department of development, urban planning, ecology and land administration, Titov trg 3/5th floor, room 506, with the presentation of evidence that the amount of HRK 1,000.00 has been paid in in favour of account No 2402006-1837300005, Budget of the City of Rijeka, with reference number 21-7803-MB(Reg. No.)-515 (for legal entities) or 22-7803-JMBG(personal identity number)-515 (for individuals).

Depending on the expressed interest and the Mayor's decision, the City of Rijeka, will invite tenders for the creation of the building right and investment in construction and in the event that your offer has been selected under the tender procedure, the city administration will offer you professional assistance in any further activities until the successful realisation of construction in both public and your business interests.
