The basic points of reference of the RDA PORIN are the promotion and development of economic activities in the whole region by devising and implementing projects promoting regional economic development.
By integrating the activities of regional economic operators, local and regional institutions, and enticing foreign and domestic investments, RRA PORIN encourages the development of entrepreneurship, application of modern technologies and employment, while upgrading the quality of life of the Primorje – Gorski Kotar County.
