The third Rijeka Book Fair and the Magazine Festival "KIČMA" organised by the association parNas and the publisher V.B.Z., in programme partnership with the Rijeka City Library, this year takes place from 27 May to 2 June, every day from 10:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M.

The major part of the programme and the exhibition of books and magazines will take place at the atrium of the Croatian Cultural Centre (HKD) at Sušak and the "Kortil" Gallery, while some programme events will be held in several city locations such as Filodrammatica, the terrace of the Cont café, the K.U.N.S. club and the Astronomy Centre Rijeka.

Mayor Obersnel expressed his satisfaction with the Book Fair and Magazine Festival, emphasising that the fair has become the place that joins all generations of Rijeka citizens. This cultural manifestation lasting for several days that primarily promotes books, magazines and reading, offers a direct insight into editorial programmes.
During the fair more than 8,000 book titles will be available at discounted prices.
