Subsidised Housing Construction (pos)

LOCATION: In the northern part of the existing residential quarter of Škurinjska draga, the construction of condominium buildings with accompanying public and social structures within the scope and in the area that should meet the overall needs of the residential area is planned. Although the newly designed buildings are located on a terrain with very challenging configuration, it is still a quality area because of its orientation, insolation, views towards the sea and islands and the location of the planned buildings is on the edge of the building area and green areas in the hinterland.

POS FLATS IN THE QUARTER ŠKURINJSKO PLASE

SCOPE: The construction area is approximately 30,000 square meters.

CONSTRUCTION PROGRAMME: Subsidised housing construction, the following has been planned: the construction of up to 300 housing units, accompanying public facilities, construction of transport and utility infrastructure, public and green areas.

EXPECTED CONSTRUCTION: Gross developed area 25,000 square meters

EVALUATION OF THE INVESTMENT: EUR 25,000,000

STATUS: the detailed development plan has been adopted, the subdivision has been completed, property and legal preparation is in course. A tender was conducted for the development of a conceptual architectural solution for condominium buildings in the quarter Škurinjsko plase. The preparation of project documentation will be entrusted to an author’s team, winner of the first prize.
