People with Disabilities and Support System Model for Improving their Labour Market Approach

Project goal:

To facilitate access to the labour market of disabled people and social welfare beneficiaries by establishing system measures and specific institutional infrastructure.

Duration: December 2010 – December 2011

Key activities:

Activities have been planned in such a way that through career counselling, monitoring and occupational rehabilitation they improve employment approach and participation in the labour market. Simultaneously, motivational training and psychosocial aid would encourage social inclusion, while experiential workshops and roundtables should encourage partnership in the field of social inclusion and employment.
