The local board councils discuss all the proposals received from citizens and other proposals at their meetings and submit proposals to be processed  in accordance with instructions provided by the Utility Services Department:

  • A letter of the local board council and an excel table (list of all proposals)
  • Designs of proposals with marked intervention zones (additional information: street, house numbers, a more precise location mark, cadastral mark of the plot etc.)
  • Attachments to citizens’ requests
  • location photos

United proposals of municipal priorities of all 34 local board councils are submitted through the Local Self-Government Division to the Utility Services Department to be processed at the latest towards the end of May, or at the beginning of June of the current year. The Utility Services Department submits proposals to be processed either by the utility company Rijeka promet or by Energo, in line with their respective competencies.
