The Croatian Employers’ Association is the legitimate employers’ interest holder in their relationships with the Government and the Trade Unions, as well as in defining general conditions of operation, and in its operation it promotes the idea of free entrepreneurship and social justice. The Croatian Employers’ Association – Regional Office Rijeka with its operation covers the employers of three most western Croatian counties: Lika and Senj, Primorje – Gorski Kotar and the Istrian County.
