Rijeka development agency PORIN was set up in 1996 as a business incubator and has been continuously developing ever since as a supporting institution for the development of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship, while since 2004 as a development agency.

“Porin” represents joined activities aimed at entire development in the territory of the city of Rijeka. The agency was set up in order to offer systematic support for business start up and further development of economic operators in the city of Rijeka.

The agency was founded by the City of Rijeka.
