This musical manifestation that includes various media and events (exhibitions, concerts, spectacles, tribunes, the vinyl record fair), conceives music through various artistic forms and media and opens up new and different points of view on music and in general on concert and vocal singing culture. Impulse is a project that continues cooperation between Student Cultural Centre of the University of Rijeka and Distune Promotion, that are also festival organisers.
