Pursuant to the Co-financing Agreement for the public needs programme of the City of Rijeka in the field of culture, in order to control the earmarked funds, the Beneficiary undertakes to submit programme and financial reports to the City of Rijeka.

The control and supervision over the implementation of the accepted programmes included in the Public needs of the City of Rijeka in the field of culture, is performed directly or indirectly by the Department of Culture. The programme promoters are required to submit annual reports on the programme realisation in writing. If necessary, the Department may request programme promoters to submit reports more frequently.

For the Programme Realisation Reports, requests for payment of allocated funds, and Statements on the non-existence and avoidance of double financing, the forms provided for that scope are used.
