The City of Rijeka enables free rides on all lines and in all zones where the transport service is provided by the utility company Autotrolej. The annual bus pass is valid for an unlimited number of bus rides from the date of approval.

Who can receive assistance?

People aged 65 and over whose monthly income is below HRK 2,000 or people who have a physical or intellectual disability (deaf, blind, people with cerebral or child palsy, with multiple sclerosis, dialysed people and kidney transplant patients, people with intellectual disabilities and people with disabilities up to 70% and more) or a war victim (Croatian military Homeland War invalid, a widow/widower or a parent of a deceased, interned or missing Croatian Homeland War defender, or military and civil war invalids) or blood donors (men more than 40 blood donations, and women more than 25 blood donations).

How to realise assistance?

The annual bus pass is retrieved at the counter of the utility company Rijeka plus, (Jelačić sq No. 3) subject to ID presentation and the documents whereby attesting one of the above mentioned conditions (low income, physical or intellectual disability, status of a war victim or blood donor).
