Community order

Community order includes various measures for its implementation, supervised by community wardens. Citizens may report on spotted community disorders to the city administration.

Community order and measures for its implementation are laid down by the Decision on Community Order.

This Decision lays down provisions relating to:

  • settlement development,
  • maintaining cleanliness and protecting public areas,
  • use of public areas,
  • snow and ice removal,
  • removing illegally installed objects,
  • measures for implementing community order,
  • penalties for committed offences.
