Čistoća utility company in the entire territory of its operation offers all beneficiaries a possibility of bulky waste hauling free of charge as well as a possibility of individual hauling at one’s own expense.

Bulky waste hauling free of charge up to quantity of 2 m3 annually at the beneficiary’s billing address

Bulky waste of natural persons from households up to quantity of  2m³ is collected free of charge annually at the beneficiary’s billing address, as scheduled by Čistoća.

It is possible to submit a request for bulky waste hauling from the territory of the city of Rijeka to the company Čistoća Rijeka by filling out an application form for bulky waste hauling.

Individual hauling at one’s own expense

A 5 m³ container for bulky waste collection can also be ordered individually, i.e. at one’s own expense.

The delivery of a container can be ordered from Čistoća.

As of 1 January 2021, it is no longer possible to order a 5 m3 container for bulky waste through the local board. Disposal of bulky waste through local boards is replaced by the service of collecting bulky waste up to quantity of 2 m³ free of charge annually at the beneficiary’s billing address as agreed with Čistoća.

Recycling yards

The utility company Čistoća has opened recycling yards in the quarter of Pehlin and Mihačeva draga where citizens can dispose of their non-hazardous waste free of charge.
