Fines payment has been regulated in a manner that it can be paid on the spot in the amount equal to half the amount of the exactly determined fine, whereby considering that the fine has been fully paid and no proceeding for the offense will be instituted against the offender, the sanction imposed will not be entered in the records of crimes and the offender is not considered a person convicted of an offense.<\/p>\n
If the offender is unable to pay the fine at the time when the offense was committed and pays it within three days and presents a proof of payment to the entity that has identified the offense, or if the offender was not identified when the crime was committed or was not found on the spot, and s\/he pays the fine within three days after receiving a notification for the offence and s\/he presents a proof of payment to the entity that has identified the crime, it shall be considered that the fine has been paid on the spot.<\/p>\n
