Planned moving in: <strong>end\/2022<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Evaluation of the investment:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe value of the project POS Martinkovac Phase 1, amounts to HRK\u00a054 million.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Flat prices:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe selling price per sq.m. will be HRK 10,200 \/ sq.m. The public procurement procedure for the design and execution of works and the appointment of the chief engineer of the construction site is being prepared. The public procurement procedure for the services of professional and accounting supervision over the execution of works and the appointment of the Chief Supervising Engineer is being prepared.
