The aforementioned includes keeping records of business premises, regular control of leaseholders regarding the performance of activities in the business premises, keeping the Register of vacant business premises and leased business premises, publication of public tenders, auctioneering, conclusion of lease agreements, control of the regularity of leaseholders.
