The project relates to the promotion of the &#8220;Roman route&#8221; which is made of two Roman routes \u2013 Iter Romanum and Via Annia crossing Italy, Slovenia, Croatia and Serbia as well as the promotion of the &#8220;Byzantine route&#8221; which stretches along the shores of Italy, Slovenia and Croatia.<br \/>\nIn addition to the utilisation of state-of-art ICT tools (Augmented Reality), cultural and historical heritage was promoted by marking single locations of exceptional cultural and historical value along the routes. A virtual geolocation guide was prepared for four countries and interactive infoboards were placed in certain locations along the routes.
