The programme of continuous supervision includes all children and youth with cerebral palsy and other forms of physical disabilities in various institutions in Rijeka like for instance kindergartens Krnjevo and Veseljko, elementary schools Gornja Ve\u017eica i Kantrida, the Education Centre in two locations (head office building of the Centre and its branch office \u201cBaredice\u201d), the Centre for autism and School of Economics Mijo Mirkovi\u0107.<\/p>\n
The project is realised throughout the year, except July and August. A specialist physician – physiatrist regularly visits institutions, he continually follows the implementation of health treatments, draws up a treatment plan for each individual, provides advice on home training, takes care that the necessary orthopaedic items are acquired and carries out consultations and examinations of children relating to surgical treatments.
