Aiming to satisfy children\u2019s particular needs and encourage them to develop their abilities to a maximum, a special programme for children with developmental disabilities is implemented at the entity DV (Kindergartens) Rijeka within which in addition to education, a rehabilitation and therapeutic programme has been provided (logopedic, physiotherapeutic, psychologic treatments and treatments by educational rehabilitators) as well as food and transport.<\/p>\n

Hearing-impaired children are included in regular nursery and kindergarten programmes. Successful cooperation has been achieved with professionals of the Daily Rehabilitation Centre \u201cSlava Ra\u0161kaj\u201d<\/a>, in which treatments hearing-impaired children and children with speak and language disorders are included.<\/p>\n
