{"id":710,"date":"2016-10-10T13:57:05","date_gmt":"2016-10-10T11:57:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rijeka.hr\/en\/?page_id=710"},"modified":"2024-10-18T15:57:04","modified_gmt":"2024-10-18T13:57:04","slug":"submitting-municipal-priorities-for-treatment","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.rijeka.hr\/en\/themes-for-citizens\/active-citizenship\/participatory-budgeting\/small-municipal-interventions\/submitting-municipal-priorities-for-treatment\/","title":{"rendered":"Submitting municipal priorities in order to be processed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The local board councils discuss all the proposals received from citizens and other proposals at their meetings and submit proposals to be processed <strong>\u00a0in accordance with instructions provided by the Utility Services Department:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A letter of the local board council and an excel table (list of all proposals)<\/li>\n<li>Designs of proposals with marked intervention zones (additional information: street, house numbers, a more precise location mark, cadastral mark of the plot etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Attachments to citizens\u2019 requests<\/li>\n<li>location photos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>United proposals of municipal priorities of all 34 local board councils are submitted through the Local Self-Government Division to the Utility Services Department to be processed at the latest towards the end of May, or at the beginning of June of the current year.
