Hello Help \u2013 a sign for an easier life<\/h2>\n

Every beneficiary of home assistance has a special telephone accessory, shaped like a mobile red button. By pressing it, beneficiaries activate an emergency call, even if their phone is not within reach (five to ten metres), for instance, if he or she is unable to get out of bed because of a fall or a similar accident.<\/p>\n

The beneficiary must always carry this button as a pendant or around his\/her wrist. When pressing the button, \u201cHello Help\u201d phone connects him or her with a family member, a neighbour or a duty operator of the \u201cHello Help\u201d service that operates within the Home Assistance and Care Service.<\/p>\n

\u201cHello Help\u201d programme is a conceptual base for the development of organised home help services (remote services) under the European Social Security Programmes.<\/p>\n

Alarm system “Hello Help” is a modern form of care for older and disabled people at their home that operates within the Home Assistance and Care Service of the Kantrida Nursing Home.<\/a><\/p>\n
