When a job is advertised, war veterans and people with disabilities are given priority.<\/p>\n
Persons who have pririty on the occasion of recruitment, in accordance with a special law, in response to the competition or announcement, should make reference to this right and they have priority in regard to other candidates, under the same conditions.<\/p>\n
The Law on Croatian homeland war veterans and their family members obliges the bodies of local and regional self-government units that on the occasion of recruitment of civil servants and other employees priority is given to an unemployed person, Croatian homeland war veteran who meets the required competition conditions.<\/p>\n
In order to realise the right to priority, on the occasion of employment, people who meet the conditions, in addition to the application, i.e. a job offer in response to the competition or announcement, should enclose all the evidence that they meet the required conditions.<\/p>\n
In accordance with the Law on Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of People with Disabilities, on the occasion of recruitment, state bodies should give priority to a disabled person, under the same conditions.<\/p>\n
In order to realise the right to priority, on the occasion of recruitment, people with disabilities, in response to the competition or announcement, should make reference to this right and enclose all the evidence that they meet the required conditions, as well as an evidence of the determined disability status.<\/p>\n
