The Treasury is a complex system of budgetary and financial management of public money, and the City of Rijeka was among the first cities to set up the city treasury system, becoming liable to do so as all local self-government units under the Budget Act.<\/p>\n

The application Open Budget of the City of Rijeka http:\/\/otvoreniproracun.rijeka.hr\/ differs from similar ones in other cities because it retrieves payment data on all beneficiaries included in the treasury system.<\/p>\n

In the Open Budget application for each payment it is possible to track the entity that is the payer, the recipient, the payment date, its basis, the amount paid, the activity related to the payment, i.e. the purpose and type of payment, i.e. what it relates to according to the budget plan.<\/p>\n

Single payments in the last section of the application offer additional documents, and these are contracts and purchase orders presenting the payment basis.<\/p>\n

In addition to the simple and easily searchable application form, it is also possible to download payment data in open machine-readable formats – CSV, TXT, XML and JSON.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
