Deeply saddened to learn of the passing of the Queen Elizabeth II, allow me to express my most sincere condolences on behalf of the City of Rijeka to you, Your Excellency and to the British people.
During her reign, Queen Elisabeth II, left an extreme historical mark throughout the United Kingdom, in the Commonwealth as well as the world and her passing is a great loss to many countries and nations.
Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and the people of the United Kingdom during this most difficult time.
