The Settlement and Payment Operations Service performs tasks that include:

• control, processing and recording of financial documentation
• effecting financial transactions of the City Budget and 83 budget beneficiaries through the unique account of the treasury (domestic and foreign currency payment transactions)
• transactions related to the domestic and foreign currency treasury
• central record keeping of issued and received payment instruments
