Through this invitation entrepreneurs express their interest in the purchase of building plots, namely their intention to invest and carry out business activities in the Bodulovo Entrepreneurial Zone. The Invitation remains open until 1 March 2022.
The Bodulovo Entrepreneurial Zone is one of the infrastructural projects of the City of Rijeka aimed at widening the system of infrastructural support to small and medium-sized enterprises through the establishment of a functional and operational entrepreneurial zone, fully equipped with modern basic and additional joint infrastructure.
The goal is to increase the competitiveness of the existing small and medium-sized enterprises and enable new investments and increase in employment.
Bodulovo Entrepreneurial Zone
Based on applications in response to the Invitation, we will get a concrete insight into the intents of entrepreneurs to invest and carry out business activities in the Bodulovo Entrepreneurial Zone.
Following this Invitation, every interested party has an opportunity to express his/her interest in any lot, i.e. building plot.
Entrepreneurs will have at their disposal 9 lots, i.e. building plots having a total surface of 19,694 sq.m., ranging in size from 1,029 sq.m. to 8,558 sq.m. The entire surface of the zone stretches over 22,999 sq.m., while the remaining part, which will also be intended for entrepreneurial activities, is planned to be activated by financing from future tenders for co-financing projects under EU funds. The goal in the Bodulovo Entrepreneurial Zone is to develop specialised production, high value-added service activities, namely the IT industry, the blue industry with an emphasis on design and shipbuilding, and the creative industry.
The initial price per square meter in the Bodulovo Entrepreneurial Zone will be EUR 61, with the final price to be determined in a bidding process, to be announced through a public tender that will be conducted by the Department of Development, Urbanism, Ecology and Land Management.
