Premises: Palach, Filodrammatica, Marganovo

The general strategic goal of the cultural policy of the City of Rijeka is the creation of material and other conditions for the development of cultural activities and for providing support to the development of independent culture.

To that effect, the club premises  Palach, Filodrammaticae and Marganovo should become new centres of independent and student culture that in a tender process will be given on lease for a 5-year period free of charge.

Thus a part of premises in Filodrammatica building and Marganovo premises, were assigned to the Alliance of associations Molekula that is composed of several associations and art organisations.

The Department of Culture settles overheads relating to heating, electricity, water, and cleaning of the premises in Filodrammatica building while the Department settles the costs of heating on behalf of Palach premises.
