The subdivision of business facilities management carries out activities relating to the lease of business premises owned and co-owned by the City of Rijeka, as well as letting out on lease premises managed by the City of Rijeka. The aforementioned includes keeping records of business premises, regular control of leaseholders regarding the performance of activities in the business premises, keeping the Register of vacant business premises and leased business premises, publication of public tenders, auctioneering, conclusion of lease agreements, control of the regularity of leaseholders. Furthermore, the tasks include the collection of rentals as income in the budget of the City of Rijeka, and taking any measures to ensure a regular inflow of the said budget income.
