Division of public and business facilities management, carries out activities relating to the lease of business premises owned and co-owned by the City of Rijeka (publication of tenders, auctioneering, signing lease agreements and control of contract performance, activities relating to modification of the activity performed and issuing consents to the refurbishment of business premises, invoicing and collecting rentals and fees for the use of business premises), as well as tasks related to the management of public facilities (entering into agreements for the use without compensation and granting consents to the refurbishment of public buildings) as well as activities of keeping data on the property managed by the Administrative Body.
