Division for the construction and maintenance of facilities of public, business and residential purposes carries out activities relating to the construction and maintenance of buildings managed by the Administrative Body, activities relating to the implementation of energy efficiency projects, maintenance of public, business and residential buildings, tasks related to emergency interventions, cooperation with building managers and monitoring of damage to buildings, reporting and preparing documentation for insurers in order to exercise the right to compensation for damages, analysis, planning of needs, scope of works and services, and estimate of regular and investment maintenance costs, drafting and preparing project documentation, performance of reconstructions and additions to buildings and analysis, planning of needs, organisation and monitoring of the construction of buildings owned by the City of Rijeka as well as the tasks of keeping data on the property managed by the Administrative Body.
