Division of judicial and property affairs, carries out activities relating to the registration of ownership rights to real estate of the City of Rijeka, representation of the City of Rijeka in procedures for connecting the land register and the book of contracts and in procedures related to the compensation of property confiscated during the Yugoslav communist rule, activities relating to the purchase and sale of real estate, activities relating to condominium ownership and the legalisation of buildings, i.e. separate parts of residential and public buildings that form the property of the City of Rijeka, participation in the preparation of meetings of the City Appraisal Commission, issuing extracts from the collection of buying and selling prices and preparing annual reports on the real estate market within the tasks of keeping data on the property managed by the Administrative Body.
