Economy and Collection Subdivision carries out activities relating to the determination and (forced) collection of the utility rates, as well as monument annuities, the water regulation fee (on behalf of Hrvatske vode – legal entity for water management), tasks relating to use and temporary use of public space, and other real property and commercial and advertising items owned by the City of Rijeka, activities related to digging and occupation of public areas and concession approvals for carrying out activities in the maritime domain.
