Maintenance Subdivision carries out activities relating to the maintenance of buildings and devices and related devices of utility infrastructure in accordance with the regulations on the municipal economy, maintenance works and care for the protection of the maritime domain in general use, works related to the performance of municipal activities that are financed from utility rates, tasks relating to use and temporary use of public space, and other real property and commercial and advertising items owned by the City of Rijeka, activities related to digging and occupation of public areas, and monitoring of the work and operation of utility and other companies co/owned by the City falling within the scope of activity of the Subdivision.
