Marko Filipović, mayor of Rijeka, Ana Trošelj, president of the Rijeka City Council and Vojko Braut, deputy president of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County held a reception in honour the Ambassador of Romania to Croatia, H.E. Constantin-Mihail Grigorie.
Marko Filipović, mayor of Rijeka and Hannes Heide, member of the European Parliament exchanged views on European Capital of Culture and EU cohesion policy and talked about the experiences of the Rijeka – European Capital of Culture project, challenges during its implementation and disturbances caused by the Covida pandemic.
The agreement worth something over HRK 2.1 million was signed by the mayor of Rijeka Marko Filipović and the president of the Management Board of Erste & Steiermärkische Bank Christoph Schoefboeck.

The New Path project was implemented with the partnership of the City of Rijeka, the Rijeka Social Welfare Centre, the Association for the Homeless and Socially Vulnerable People “Oaza” and the Homeless Shelter “Roses of St. Francis”.
The exhibition “La Grande Bellezza – attraverso il design italiano dell’automobile – through Italian car design” will be hosted by the Kortil Gallery in Rijeka starting from 5 April, while in Opatija by the Gervais Centre starting form 4 April.
