The utility company Autotrolej presented 10 out of the 32 new buses acquired as part of the project titled “Strengthening the public transport system”, for which an EU grant was provided through the Integrated Territorial Investments mechanism (ITI ) within the Rijeka Urban Agglomeration.
Cultural and art events under the auspices of the European Capital of Culture, which are scheduled to take place in April, a month in which the ECoC programme reaches its finale, were announced today in Rijeka.

Since 2016 to date, with support from EU funds, the City of Rijeka has carried out energy renovation of 20 kindergartens and schools and the “old” building of the Rijeka Civic Museum, namely overall 21 public buildings. The preparation of project documentation for energy renovation of 15 schools and kindergartens was also financed by EU funds.
The representatives of the City of Rijeka have visited the construction site of the building that will host the future Rijeka Civic Library, which is being refurbished within the former industrial complex Benčić and should be completed by next spring.
