The Division of IT and Communication Infrastructure manages the ICT infrastructure of the City of Rijeka, which consists of a modern data centre and a communication hub that connects almost all the city administration buildings, utility companies and institutions founded by the City of Rijeka.

The Division procures and distributes IT equipment, performs installation and maintenance tasks: domains, web servers, e-mail, database hosting, communication infrastructure, security infrastructure, Internet access, servers, disk systems, server and workstation operating systems, antivirus software, infrastructure public keys, backups and other ICT related jobs.
