Started in 1992, Jazz Time, nowadays already traditional Festival, has contributed, to a large degree, to the promotion of jazz music and to the affirmation of a talented generation of Rijeka jazz musicians. Moreover, the Festival enabled the Rijeka audience an insight into recent musical events in the field of jazz in other countries.
