Some educators employed with city kindergartens have been educated and sensibilised to discover and work with potentially gifted children and with help from parents and professional associates they put efforts every day in order to satisfy their specific educational needs.

The programmes are implemented on two levels. The first is the inclusion of children in a widened and enriched regular work programme in minor groups of children of the same or similar abilities, inclination and interest by organising special activities (projects, more demanding mind and didactic games, work on a multimedia computer and similar). The other form is a shorter, specialised programme aimed at encouraging the cognitive development of talented preschool children at the  Playground BistRIći.
