Rijeka is the “smartest” big city and the “Champion of EU funds” in the selection of the best cities in Croatia, organised by the portal Gradonačelnik.hr, in cooperation with the daily newspaper Jutarnji list and the Ipsos agency, which was concluded on Thursday with the award ceremony in Opatija.
The two-day international conference “Culture in the post-pandemic period – a chance for growth and new opportunities” in Rijeka has brought together Croatian and European experts in the field of cultural policies.
