Citizen participation in budgeting and budgetary spending in the territory of the city of Rijeka, namely participatory budgeting that is more and more being promoted globally as an important manner in which citizens can include themselves in the activities of public administration, is enabled in Rijeka through three models:

Apart form these models, citizens may send their budgetary proposals by filling out the form used for participation in budgeting and budget adopting or by using the form contained in the Budget Summary for the current year which they can fill out and send by mail at the address:
