Within the “Rijeka– Healthy City” project, and as agreed with the City Department of Local Self-Government and Administration, accessibility of premises for people with disabilities within the local boards of the City of Rijeka was checked and five wheelchair ramps were installed to enable access to the local boards of the City of Rijeka.

Out of the total number of 34 premises in which the local boards operate, 8 local boards are situated on the ground floor so that they are easily accessible, 7 local boards are accessible up to the entrance, unfortunately, further movement in the premises is not possible, while 15 local boards so far are not accessible, since the premises are located on a floor of the buildings.
