Every beneficiary of home assistance has a special telephone accessory, shaped like a mobile red button. By pressing it, beneficiaries activate an emergency call, even if their phone is not within reach (five to ten metres), for instance, if he or she is unable to get out of bed because of a fall or a similar accident.
The beneficiary must always carry this button as a pendant or around his/her wrist. When pressing the button, “Hello Help” phone connects him or her with a family member, a neighbour or a duty operator of the “Hello Help” service that operates within the Home Assistance and Care Service.
