The Committee for Selection, Appointments and Releases prepares and submits to the City Council a proposal for the selection and release of the president, vice president and members of working bodies, proposes the selection, appointment, release and recall of representatives of the City Council in certain bodies, legal entities and associations and other activities determined by the Rules of Procedure and acts of the City Council.
