The refuge is included in the activities of the Congregation of the Sister of Mercy of St. Vincent de Paul. The refuge was founded with the aim of providing assistance to people living on the margins of society because of their difficult life conditions (unemployment, mental illness, dependency, homelessness), and it provides them free dinner every day.
