Delta Summer Street Session festival was envisaged as a project that would improve the quality of cultural events in the city of Rijeka during summer months when clubs are closed and the city misses concerts.

The festival is dedicated to the promotion of bands on the Rijeka music scene with various guests from other cities and abroad and includes of a number of concerts.

The organizer of the festival is the Ri Rock association.
