The Festival of myths and legends of Istria and Kvarner, or in its abbreviated form Malik fest, is an intermediary event that, through the revival of our region’s history, connects the theatre, music, fencing skills, story telling, domestic delicacies, figurative and scenic arts.

For one day characters from the oldest stories dominate the Trsat Castle, apart from reviving various characters from stories, the festival endeavors to present the best products of local producers, artists, artisans and associations.
