Dječji mikrofon (Kids’ microphone) is a singing competition dedicated to children aged between 6 and 15. It gathers choir members of elementary schools and pupils attending musical schools, singing courses and other similar activities, who pointed to the lack of solo performances and exciting competitions.

The key idea of this competition is to provide an opportunity to gifted child singers, children who love songs and singing, to show their talents and ability, socialize with music, and also, to experience competitive spirit and make new friends.

The organiser of the competition is the creative and educational centre Glazbeni vrtuljak.
