The programme seeks to include a maximum number of young people who represent a group at high risk of developing the dependence syndrome and other behavior disorders. The beneficiaries of the programme are minors and young adults, whose early behavior disorders are spotted by parents, their teachers or are sent by social welfare centres, the state attorney’s office, general practitioners and various associations.

The main activities are consultancy, education and socialization activities.
